Our client is a fast-growing, full service corporate law firm located in Dublin City Centre. Recognised by clients for their superior level of service, combined with practical advice. Whilst being approachable, straight forward and efficient, they are highly meticulous at no cost to the broader view.
They are currently seeking to hire an experienced Senior Associate to join their Corporate Team. The Team advises clients in a range of sectors including information technology and telecommunications, health care, life sciences, manufacturing and professional services. The Corporate Team principally works in the following areas:
Mergers and Acquisitions
Investments and Shareholders Agreements
Corporate Re-Organisations
Commercial Contracts
Corporate Governance and Compliance
Technology and Intellectual Property
Data Protection
The Role:
Lead roles in M&A transactions
Drafting and advising on investment documents
Provide corporate support on commercial property transactions
Advise on company law matters, and draft documents for corporate re-organisations
Draft and advise on commercial contracts
Ideal Skills & Expertise:
Ambitious to achieve Partner
At least 4 years PQE withing Corporate & Commercial
Experience within team leadership and development
Experience with developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent deal history
Experience in M&A and Private Equity Deals
