The Manager Financial Analysis is a managerial level position within the Financial Services Group responsible for in-depth financial analysis of the company’s North American largest accounts and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.orates licensing partners. These analyses will create risk ratings assigned to accounts to be a determinate in PVH Wholesale Sales plans and analysis and internal credit ratings of current and future licensing partners. The incumbent will be a member of the 4 person Credit Committee and be responsible for the communication within the Committee and all credit status changes within the portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for managing associates to achieve the goals and keep pace with the ever changing environment through technology and innovation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Coordinate the systematic analysis of the active major account base
• Provide thorough credit analysis for a portfolio of accounts both North American wholesale and VH Corp licensing partners
• Supervise and approve the opening of new accounts within set parameters
• Approve the extension of credit (credit guide lines) within stated parameters
• Manage the portfolio of distressed accounts  - including collection accounts and bankruptcy filings
• Attend and participate in various trade group meetings to develop strong peer relationships and gather information of value in our evaluation of credit
• Prepare related analytical reports   
• Coordinate Bad Debt schedules and reporting
• Credit authorization: $250,000
• Participate in the development and subsequent updates of the Customer Master in SAP
• Analyze the efficiency and productivity of the group to seek improvements
• Special Projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Financial and Credit Analysis
• Credit & collection experience or an extension of credit.
• Prior credit, factor or banking background is essential
• Prior supervisory or management experience  
• Current affiliations with Trade and Credit Groups

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and/or significant equivalent experience

Skills: 

• Expert financial statement analysis skills
• Knowledge of bankruptcy proceedings
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets
• Experience with SAP
