Senior Analyst within the Pension and Savings Investment Management group. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of all investments, along with satisfying control requirements and participating in the development and execution of risk management strategies. This individual will possess a continuous improvement mindset, interest in investing concepts and financial markets, and the ability to work with both internal and external partners to achieve his/her objectives.
This position is responsible for monitoring and reporting investment performance and compliance with investment guidelines for the various company plans in the U.S. and key international markets. The selected individual will also support ongoing strategic initiatives in the area of pension de-risking, and support the audits of pension, LTD, and savings plans and SOX control requirements. The candidate will proactively interact with various internal departments including Human Resources, Benefits, Savings and Pension Plan Administration, Legal, Finance and Accounting/Reporting, in addition to a number of third party affiliates including actuaries, investment consultants, trustees, plan record keepers, investment managers, and other data sources. There is also significant interaction with internal and external auditors.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required.
An MBA and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in a corporate setting.
Strong financial, analytical and conceptual ability is required. Familiarity with investment concepts and interest in financial markets is desired.
The individual should possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external business partners.
