Ideally you will have had a few years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the commercial or domestic space in the insurance sector.  Day to day you might work on:Responding to client enquiriesDocument preparation Client renewal paperworkPremium negotiations Policy and new business submissionsClaims management support There will be a focus on strong customer service and professionalism including attention to detail and ensuring that clients experience good outcomes. About you Ideally, you will have an administration or support background and have experience wo working with small-to-medium clients. You can demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and have a proactive skillset, using your initiative to assist clients.   Ideally you should have the following skillset: The ability to deliver high standards of quality client serviceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAn eye for detailStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPositive attitude and drive to succeed. If you consider yourself highly motivated with a passion for providing the best client experience, then this is the role for you!
