Controlling team, is responsible fornensuring compliance with internal and externalnaccounting standards and is the trusted businessnpartner of the Lead Country CFO, Siemens Businesses in Mexico as well as the countriesnassigned to lead country Mexico.  nn nnAreas of Responsibility: nnEnsures clean books and records in linenwith Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines/IFRS standards (i.e. HBII) fornSiemens entities in Mexico and the countries assignednnEnsures compliance with tax, statutorynaccounting and other applicable regulations (i.e. local GAAP) for Siemensnentities in Mexico and the countries assignednnEnsures that effective internal controls are in placennLeads the accounting, controlling, financialnmonitoring and support function controlling teams- Acts as trusted  advisor & ncooperates closely  with GBS.nnManages external auditor quarterly reviewnprocedures and year end audit, as well as internal auditsnnAssumes responsibility for closing and reportingnprocedures according to Siemens practices and provides financial reporting andnanalysis to all stakeholders nnAssists in assessing and implementing system changesnas required due to global or local changes in regulations or processnimprovementsnnResponsible for compliant, efficient and robust E2E financenprocesses and executes governance over business transactions that touchnFinancial Statements  nnActs as a trusted advisor to partners in the businessnfor all accounting topics and ensures that personnel in business is trained onnaccounting policies nnExecutes legal entity valuations and other valuationsn(e.g. when reorganizations are done) and respective governancennManage various shareholder governance topics FornSiemens Mexico and legal entities in countries assigned including M&Anfinancial transactions, development and execution of legalnentity optimization measures.nnCooperates with local tax team on taxation issues, andnliaises with local tax consultants as needednnSupports Lead Country CEO & CFO in the internalncertification process of existing LE´s and nin the  implementation of diversenlocal & global finance initiatives.nnAssumes governance over banking compliance topics,nincluding guarantees, global FX management, global management of IC accounts, ICCnprocess and related activities as well asntreasury processes that are linked to CF R processes.nnContinuously strives for furthernprocess harmonization and digitalization in order to drive further processnautomation and standardization while maintaining or increasing quality.nn nnRequired skillset:nnIn depthnknowledge of IFRS and Mexican accounting standardsGoodnunderstanding of Siemens accounting and reporting processes or accounting andnreporting practice of a multinational cooperationAdvancednvaluation know-how (legal entity, intangible assets)General knowledge of tax rules and regulations,Advancednknowledge/understanding of all end-to-end business processes in an ERPnlandscape and governance requirements, Advancednexperience with driving process changes, automation and digitalization,Veryngood analytical and financial data analysis
