Essential Functions:Provides support in areas of cumulative research, analysis, and interpretation of data. Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes quantitative and qualitative data of business processes to determine and promote data driven business decisions. Provides effective and strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data.Triages requests, gather user requirements and facilitate ad hoc report and data requests with a quick and efficient turn-around.Tracksu2019 financial performance through observation of labor, tooling, supplies and capital equipment costs; analyzes variance in budget.Utilizes financial and business acumen to analyze and understand significance of reported numbers and helps answer top-level business questions by harvesting and converting data into management insight presenting results.Collaborates and works cross-functionally with Data Analyst team members and relevant departments on to establish instrumentation, ensuring reporting standards, discuss findings, solutions, and recommendations. Creates custom and ad hoc dashboards and reports to communicate KPIu2019s and actionable data.Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.Serves as subject matter expert (SME) to determine data needs for business alignment and reporting. Works with stakeholders/management in the and measurement of both short and long term business objectives.Utilizes software and numerous reporting technologies to define metrics, develop actionable recommendations, and identify process improvement opportunities. Participates in cross-functional business projects and performs ad hoc analysis as required.Researches and suggests solutions to business critical questions and requests independently and in a timely manner.Provides information relevant to Divisionu2019s/Departmentu2019s operational status on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Management on topics such as but not limited to: Sales, incoming/outgoing units, overtime, rejects/returns, total employee units, material usage, etc.u00A0 Coordinates activities between internal departments and other Company Divisions and/or Functional areas.Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.Performs profitability analysis on products and recommends pricing adjustmentsEducation and Experience:Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field required. Minimum five (5) years of experience in related field.Pay Range: $18-$21/hour
