JOB SUMMARY
CBRE Affordable Housing is seeking a growth-oriented team member to join us to
provide support for a highly experienced investment real estate brokerage
group.
This role will learn from and
support the group’s current Financial Analysts and agents in researching,
modeling, and valuing multifamily investment properties. Our objective is to
find a candidate with solid communication and analysis skills, along with a
passion to learn our business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create and analyze rent and sale comparables
Collect local market research by partnering with remote
internal clients; manage processes and quality control procedures; provide
effective feedback to build long term working relationships
Conduct research and provide analysis to support business
development and/or decision-making
Partner with the leadership and management teams and assist
in solving complex process and operational issues
Gathering available market research and other data for
business intelligence and supporting analysis
Understanding, interpreting, and identifying inconsistencies
and opportunities in the information obtained or received
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal
assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May
coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2
years related experience. Background in Finance, Accounting, Research and/or
Business Analytics preferred.
Knowledge
of Capital Markets industry preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent Microsoft
Excel skills; solid proficiency with other Office Suite programs
Exceptional and
professional interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented and
strong analytical skills
Ability to meet
deadlines by working independently and with a team
Ability to work with
and manage relationships with strong personalities
Ability to project
manage: prioritizing, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and driving projects
forward effectively
