Real Estate and Commercial Finance Associate - Atlanta

Profile

Carlton Fields is seeking a third to fifth-year associate with broad based experience handling commercial real estate finance and development and investment matters.

Remote working for qualified candidates is permitted

You need not live in (or relocate to) the Atlanta metro area to apply.

Experience working with lenders, developers, servicers, asset managers, owners, financial institutions and investors in a diverse range of financing, development and investment matters is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated drafting skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Georgia, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive, initiative and client service are valued. Substantive practical prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus. The desire to foster existing relationships and develop new ones is encouraged and valued.
