Summary

Associates with 3-8 years of experience working on a variety of private equity, venture capital, and public or private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and/or securities. Candidates will work with a team of elite practitioners in cross office client service teams.

Wallers corporate department represents key players in the healthcare providers and services space, large private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies, banks, FinTech and payment processors, and public and private entities alike.
