Summary

Associates with 2-10 years of experience advising private equity and investor owned clients in buy and sell side transactions. Prior in-house or regulatory experience is helpful but M&A is a must. Candidates should have experience advising clients on corporate practice of medicine/corporate practice of dentistry, entity selection, and ability to help run transactions and/or deal teams.

Wallers national healthcare M&A/Private Equity practice represents a wide variety of private equity funds, their portfolio companies, venture capital firms, strategics and large physician groups, surgery centers, and multi-site specialty practices in all facets of their business.
