Junior Finance Associate

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join the Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group in our Boston office. The Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group represents clients in a range of domestic and international finance transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, syndicated and bilateral financings, second lien and mezzanine financings, subscription lines, asset-based facilities, project finance transactions, acquisition financings, venture debt, structured finance, and debt restructurings and workouts. Qualified candidate must have excellent analytical, writing, communications and interpersonal skills, and must be well organized and committed to client services. Candidate is expected to manage multiple transactions and priorities, and to develop relationships with colleagues and clients. We are seeking a thoughtful, smart, reliable, highly motivated, detail-oriented Finance attorney who will thrive in a sophisticated busy law firm practice. Top academics required and finance or related experience preferred. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Massachusetts Bar will be a condition of employment. Interested applicants should submit a resume and law school transcript.
