Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join the Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group in our Milwaukee office. The Finance & Financial Institutions Practice Group represents clients in a range of domestic and international finance transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, syndicated and bilateral financings, second lien and mezzanine financings, subscription lines, asset-based facilities, public and health care finance transactions, project finance transactions, acquisition financings, venture debt, structured finance, and debt restructurings and workouts. An associate in this position would concentrate on public finance and health care finance transactions, joining a group of public finance and health care finance attorneys that have long been leaders in public finance, in addition to having the opportunity for a broader finance practice. Qualified candidate must have excellent analytical, writing, communications and interpersonal skills, and must be well organized and committed to client services. Candidate is expected to manage multiple transactions and priorities, and to develop relationships with colleagues and clients. We are seeking a thoughtful, smart, reliable, highly motivated, detail-oriented Finance attorney who will thrive in a sophisticated busy law firm practice. Top academics required and public or health care finance or related experience preferred. Current judicial clerks need to apply directly and may not be submitted by a legal recruiter.
