The Financial Services Practice of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level to senior associate attorney with at least four years’ experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and the day-to-day management of cases. Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required; Experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or or enforcement matters is preferred. Applicants from government agencies are encouraged. To be considered, you must be a member the New York state bar.
