Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Full-time Retail Banking Manager for our Duluth, MN office. Responsibilities will include the overall operation of the retail banking department and may have direct supervision of the Customer Service Representatives.

Qualified individuals will provide thorough communication and support to internal and external customers to ensure strong support of corporate sales and service initiatives as well as compliance with bank policies and procedures. The Retail Banking Manager will interview customers to identify their financial needs These needs will be evaluated and the appropriate deposit, loan, or product will be recommended.
