Finance Associate

Profile

Ice Miller is seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience in lending transactions, including lender-side representation and/or borrower representation in mergers and acquisitions including private equity, senior capital, junior capital, and mezzanine financing transactions. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of financing structures, credit agreements, security agreements, and documenting finance transactions. Ice Miller prefers candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and that are motivated self-starters with strong law school credentials.
