Job Description
Key to this role will be driving organizational change on an agency-wide basis combined with high-level financial oversight, fiscal planning, capital project financing, and technology enhancements. Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM will provide leadership and direction to division staff ensuring a high-performance, service-oriented environment that aligns with the Agency’s mission, vision, goals, values, and organizational culture. Total Agency staff is budgeted for 302 FTEs with $392 million Total Use of Funds for FY2022/23.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressively responsible experience is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Specific high-level experience working for a city, county,  special district, or utility is preferred combined with personal style that embraces change management and thrives in a dynamic environment.
