Job/Internship Description
Preferred Qualifications
(in addition to the minimum requirements outlined below)
Interested in beginning a career in finance and learning about mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word through university classes or prior work experience.
Interest in working and collaborating with senior management and various workstreams throughout the Company.
Pursuing a degree or concentration in business management, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or related field.
Familiarity with finance and valuation concepts, including ability to analyze company financial statements and perform present value calculations.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, partnerships, and other initiatives.
Assist in Decision Support activities to evaluate go / no-go organic investment decisions.
Learn the fundamentals of creating financial models for the purposes of company valuations, data analysis, research and analytical support of investment opportunities.
Perform market research to understand risks, opportunities, and trends that could impact investment decision making.
Minimum Requirements:
Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
Part-time or full-time students who have completed 24 credit hours (rising sophomores/juniors/seniors) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
May 2022 graduate
Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity in the workplace
Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
3.0 GPA or above preferred
Summer Intern Program Description:
12 weeks starting on Monday, May 16th, 2022 through August 5th, 2022
Schedule - 40 hours/week, Monday- Friday, 9 - 5 or regular core hours
Hybrid environment (minimum 2 days in office location)
Paid internship $16/hour
