Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Chief Fiscal Officer in the Human Services Department. Job duties include but are not limited to coordinating and assisting in the development, reporting, and monitoring of grants, review and assist in preparation of the budget, perform audit reviews, conduct compliance reviews of Federal, State, and County policies as they relate to Human Services. Assist the Director with administrative tasks as they relate to the various Human Service departments. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and three to five years’ experience with government accounting processes and a strong understanding of County budgets, or any acceptable combination of training and experience. Strong mathematical skills and computer/Microsoft Office proficiency required. County residency must be established with 180 days and maintained throughout employment.
