A law firm is in need of a financial service associate. If you're looking for a change this might be an opportunity for you. This is an in-office or remote opportunity. The appropriate candidate should have the following:
5-8 years of legal experience.
Experience in some of the following areas related to corporate finance: Representing issuers and investors in financing transactions; representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, including hedge funds and credit unions, private lenders, and other providers of financial services.
Some experience with underwriters and agents in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities; and advising corporate clients on general securities laws.
Commercial loan documentation and servicing.
Able to handle all aspects of litigation.
Real estate matters ranging from acquisition to sales and leasing, to loan originations, restructures, and assumptions.
Excellent academic credentials and legal writing skills are required.
