Profile

This Non-Profit Fund invests capital in local enterprises that are owned and controlled by entrepreneurs of color or are serving communities of color. They are a small team with an interest in and understanding of economic justice, racial justice, and gender equity. They are seeking a Financial Controller
with 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting. Fund accounting is a must.

Manage financial operations and be hands on with fund accounting, business planning, and some human resources. Prepare financial reports, co-ordinate cash disbursements and payments, manage annual audit process and tax preparation, and manage budgeting and planning process, do credit risk analysis. Know GAAP, fund compliance, Quickbooks, fund accounting software. Attend Investment committee meetings.

Small firm of 5 people growing to 8. Working remotely and returning to hybrid schedule in January (office 2 days a week). Salary $75K to $100K with bonus potential of 20%. 401k plan.
