Job Description
The DBTT VII Snr Performance Specialist is responsible for leading and engaging the business and technology community to drive a strategy in preparation for key objectives, anticipate future challenges and provide resolutions as issues come up. This role requires a deep experience in organizational management practices as well as knowledge in Agile software development.


This role is a hybrid of performance, leadership, and portfolio management with responsibilities spanning from preparing meeting strategy materials, improving internal processes, to diving into workstreams to meet critical deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excellent communicator, highly organized and excited to run with it.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage organizational budgets
Analyze and report out on key operating metrics for the group
Investigate and document complex organization processes
Coordinate the input and approval of various decision documentations
Provide guidance and support during various management activities
Track resources and identify any shortages based on portfolio plans
Align cross-functional business and technical teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities.
Monitor portfolio progress and consolidate status reports
Gain an understanding of workstreams to be able to assist in identification of issues and risks
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a business management discipline or related experience
At least 8-10 years leading strategy or PMO experience
Demonstrated experience with c-level communication
Strong experience in communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
Expertise in Microsoft Tools, Business Objects, Cognos, PPM, or similar.
Some hands-on technical experience or industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics, Solution Architecture, or adjacent areas

Preferred Qualifications:
A master's degree in a leadership discipline, or the background and experience that demonstrates a similar level of strong management skills and practices
Demonstrated knowledge in multiple software development disciplines (analytics, data driven metrics preferred, ad hoc reporting)
