The Financial Reporting Analyst
serves as a resource for supporting financial reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting. The analyst also supports the area of productivity trending and benchmarking by collecting relevant data to address a diverse range of operational areas to enhance performance quality, productivity, and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and distribute financial reports to Controller
Ensure accuracy of financial reports at all times
Handle the technical accounting needs regarding the monthly GL close
Work with the international teams on managing the financial reporting
Aid in the budgeting and forecasting processes regarding preparation, comparison analysis and accuracy reporting
Consolidate budgets, forecasts and income statement data
Maintain integrity of standard financial reports and build new reports as needed
Maintain and distribute short and long-term company projections
Prepare presentations for executive team that portray actionable conclusions
Create cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist in the implementation of future forecasting and reporting systems, particularly with building of new reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, business or finance
2-4 years of related experience
Must have strong Microsoft excel skills
