the books and records of several General Partnership programs.
Activities
to
be
performed
include general ledger accounting, reconciling
operations annually and to accurately calculate equity allocation of market and tax income
P
repare annual general partner and investor entity reports for participants.
Assist with annual grant process.
Utilize investor management software to enter partnership closings, capital calls, distributions and year-end tax and market profit/loss.
Review cash activity and upload to general ledger accounting system.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Using income estimates prepare distributions for partner estimated tax payments.
Prepare cash analysis to determine amount for capital calls and distributions.
Calculate using allocation schedules to determine call or distribution to each partner.
Provide assistance and support on special projects as needed.

High quality administrative / organizational; strong attention to detail
Experience with partnership accounting and knowledge of partnership tax helpful.
Mus
t
have
excellent
communication
skills,
both
written
and
verbal.
Proficient to advanced Excel skills; willingness to learn new systems and applications.
3-5 years; finance/accounting experience
