We are looking for an enterprising and motivated insurance sales professionals to join our brand new team.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you'll be doing:\r\n\r\nReporting to the Business Development Leader, you will directly contribute to the success of DigiAg Risk Management (US) by maintaining high service standards for DigiAg Customers. You will provide insurance education and guidance to customers and facilitate the sale of insurance products.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat a typical week will look like:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDesign and implement effective strategies to sell new insurance products in accordance with DigiAg sales objectives\r\n\tConduct calls and follow up on leads to generate insurance/risk transfer sales\r\n\tCoordinate leads and referrals with approved sub agents and ensure subagents are executing within service standards\r\n\tAppraise the needs of individual or business clients, and resolve customer issues in a proper and timely fashion\r\n\tCollect information from clients and recommend the appropriate insurance solution; coordinate with approved subagents if applicable\r\n\tMaintain the follow-up/abeyance activity process to ensure that all issues are tracked processed and resolved in a timely manner\r\n\tProvide applications, documentation to all Approved Insurance Providers following applicable approved process\r\n\tExecute processing of complex account Certificates and other Certificate processes as assigned by Centralized Support Services management; ensure that all work is correct and handed-off appropriately\r\n\tMaintain and report on DigiAg key performance metrics and sales objectives\r\n\tStay abreast of new and changing insurance product offerings, and share information with DigiAg client base\r\n\tCommunicate with insurers regarding new business & renewal terms, underwriting, inspections, stock reports, appraisals, statement of values and other underwriting forms.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience, college degree/diploma is preferred\r\n\t1-3 years' work experience, with 1 year previous insurance or financial services experience preferred\r\n\tClear criminal record check\r\n\tPossess a valid resident property and casualty producer license, issued by the resident state, as well as any required non-resident licenses\r\n\tWillingness to obtain applicable insurance designations to assist and support personal growth and company objectives\r\n\r\n,
