Partner Level
Experience with commercial real estate and asset-based lending work from term sheet to closing
Experience with mergers & acquisitions
Portable Book of Business ($200-250K)
Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
Strong academic background
Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar
