As part of the Treasury Management Operations team, the Client Onboarding Manager works with commercial clients, both proactively and reactively, for all their Treasury Management product enrollment needs.
At the Principal Associate level, you will be a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need to have exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal), a positive mindset and, above all, a client first work ethic.
You will be required to balance risk to Capital One while delivering an industry leading experience to clients. You will possess an in-depth technical knowledge of Treasury Management products. You will utilize your expertise to manage the end-to-end implementation process for Treasury Management products and provide product implementation support and training to clients.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the project manager and the primary point of contact for new client / new product setups by defining and managing all implementation activities
Creates and manages to implementation project plans, coordinating internal and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Facilitates pre-implementation kickoff & post sale call with client (in-person, via teleconference, or via email as required) to review project requirements, develop plan of approach, roles and responsibilities, discuss documents / information required from the client, and determine agreed upon timeframes for completion; regular communication with client and Treasury Management Sales Officer to update status and address issues
Liaises and coordinates with business partners across the Commercial Bank, and sometimes with external vendors, to facilitate the timely setup of the clients' products and services
Displays strong problem solving skills to resolve issues that might impede completion of an implementation as planned; escalates appropriately when an issue is beyond their control
Coordinates with clients, and sometimes vendors of clients, to execute all required testing activities to ensure that the client has a smooth experience with their products from inception
Partners with client to ensure receipt and setup of necessary operating equipment required for use of certain products and services
Leads and facilitates all necessary training activities to ensure the client has a seamless transition as they begin to use their new products and services
Conducts appropriate due diligence on billing to ensure client satisfaction and that the business will achieve revenue goals
Always engages as a team player with upstream partners in Sales, and downstream partners in Fulfillment/Service to deliver the best experience possible for the client
Shares learnings from failures and success with teammates to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and standardize best practices
Travel to client sites when required during non-COVID times (less than 5% of time)
Work at Home Technology Requirements:
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use cellular data (hot spot)
Cable or fiber connections are preferred

Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required

A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, business process management, or project management
At least 1 year of experience with CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degreeor Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in customer service, business process management, or project management
At least 1 year of experience with Treasury Management
