As a general management consultant on our team, you'll build an overall picture of your client's
current
structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You'll use discussions and workshops with leadership and support staff to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll work on a path forward - and the expected results - to your client. You Have:
5 years of experience with IT in the Department of Defense
Experience engaging with stakeholders to advance Information Te
chn
ology initiatives
Knowledge of writing te
chn
iques and formats used in the Department of Defense.
Knowledge of analysis te
chn
iques to identify gaps and risks that may impact project objectives
Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with stakeholder management
Experience with facilitating stakeholder meetings
Experience capturing and maintaining action items during stakeholder engagements
Knowledge of best practices for management of Information Te

ology portfolio requirements and objectives
