About the role: The Digital Enablement Specialist is responsible to create and execute a strategic plan for the sale and support of “designated digital software products, solutions and related services” within assigned geographic area, in support of the Global Services team strategy and assigned Sales Area local business plans. In execution of the plan, they will be responsible to manage, coordinate and/or support all required resources needed to achieve all sales and financial targets associated with the designated products, solutions, and related services for the assigned area. The role supports and drives both pre-sale and post-sale activity related to customer projects and is the main contact for the assigned digital solutions or product related stakeholder organization at the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale Focus:
Develop related opportunities within assigned area according to set objectives and strategies
Qualify and prioritize related leads, drive the sales pipelines of designated software products, solutions or related services, Identify and support new channel development opportunities
Manage projects to ensure successful implementation of solutions to customer requirements
Prepare and present formal proposals to customer decision makers, lead and/or support sales negotiations of related products, coordinate complex decision making processes by providing appropriate technical and commercial input.
Use a consultative sales approach to understand our customer’s business needs and secure that commercial terms are within set targets and that we deliver in line with our commitments to the customer
Post-Sale Focus - Provide support of sold or installed software products or solutions, including:
Installations, commissioning, configuration
Conduct product training for customers and internal sales
Provide technical customer service
Coordinate and secure first line tech support for the customer
Applications support
General:
Develop and support the overall designated software products in designated cluster/markets
Serve as subject latter expert in how to adopt, use, and realize values from each related software product or solution
Conduct regular meetings with FLS stakeholders to drive usage and encourage value acceptance, development of trainings, and awareness building within the sales team
Support Sales Areas and Clusters in setting targets for Local Business Plans
Develop and deliver sales presentations and customer demonstrations, prepare quotes and implementation plans
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Highly proficient In Microsoft Excel and SAP
Proven ability to work in a matrix organization with many stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive process improvement
Highly motivated and detail oriented with exceptional analytical skills
