Role:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, this individual will be supporting a VP of Commercial Finance to support a full P&L. This would include financial analysis, profit and loss statement, profitability analysis, pricing analysis, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, management reporting, ad hoc analysis, etc.
Responsibilities:
Work with VP and other financial analysts to support commercial finance
Perform profitability and pricing analysis
Manage full profit and loss (P&L) statement
Perform data analysis within Excel; utilize other tools such as PowerBI and Hyperion
Perform all types of analysis; cost, trend, market, profitability, and ad hoc analysis
Work with the FP&A Manager to identify cost reductions, process improvements, initiatives
Provide variance analysis on forecast, budgets, income statement, etc.
Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, marketing, and leadership.
Ad Hoc Projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3 years of progressive financial analysis experience
Prior forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting experience is preferred
Masters or MBA is a plus but not required
Certifications are a plus
Compensation:
A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K dollar for dollar match up to 4%, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, summer hours, a fully remote month, and much more!
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. In office days will be Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
