The Houston office is seeking a lawyer with 2-6 years of experience to join the corporate finance practice. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience working on commercial lending transactions, loan facility work, and negotiation and documentation of other senior and junior, secured and unsecured finance transactions, and ideally some securitization experience. The candidate should have strong academic credentials, be self-motivated and have developed excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team member. The candidate should also be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
