Summary
Associates with 2-10 years of experience advising private equity and investor owned clients in buy and sell side transactions. Prior in-house or regulatory experience is helpful but M&A is a must. Candidates should have experience advising clients on corporate practice of medicine/corporate practice of dentistry, entity selection, and ability to help run transactions and/or deal teams.
