Role:
A global manufacturing organization is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their expanding team! As a Senior Financial Analyst, this person will be reporting to the a VP of Finance and responsible for preparing financial analysis for management. This would include modeling, financial performance analysis, budgeting, reporting, profitability analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, cost reduction analysis, ad hoc analysis etc. This person will be the liaison between financial operations, accounting, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Perform financial modeling; build, create, and modify models
Perform all types of analysis; cost, trend, market, profitability, and ad hoc analysis
Work with the VP to identify cost reduction initiatives
Provide variance analysis on forecast, budgets, income statement, etc.
Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, and leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4 years of progressive financial analysis experience
Prior modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience is required.
Masters or MBA is a plus
Certifications are a plus
Compensation:
A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including Base salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K dollar for dollar match up to 6%, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and much more!
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
