We are looking for a strong financial analyst that has experience in the real estate market. The role will dominantly be analysing rent pricing on a weekly basis for 500 properties, along with the budget/forecasting the the corporate office.
Duties:
Manage all pricing through RENTMaximizer for 500 units (new leasing and renewals)
-Working closely with building owners to set rent prices
-Track rent growth, and produce weekly custom owner reporting
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Finance
-3 years financial analyst experience with strong excel skills
-Real Estate experience/market knowledge
