Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Responsible for ensuring that financials provide an accurate and complete representation of projects positions. A Project Controllers operates as a trusted advisor to Program Managers (PMs) and business executives by providing insights based on data driven facts. Responsibilities include:
Proactive and take responsibility for controlling the agenda in your portfolio
Business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience, be it top management, colleagues or project managers
Advise PMs with risk assessment and notify management of financial risks
Advise PMs with estimate to complete forecasting based on inception to date and project budget
Ensure correct revenue recognition based on Ramboll's Group Policy
Advise PMs on Project Set-Up and Work Break Down structure
Complete working capital analysis and make recommendations to resolve
Train PMs on Financial Project Management on Large and Complex Projects
Support special projects that focus on Process Optimization for Project Controlling
Advise on projects with complex invoicing and coordinate with Project Admin
Provide information to management to be used for commercial decisions and provide complex financial advisory
Contribute to Business Development by ensuring cost and price is current, accurate, and complete. Assist PMs with generating proposal payment plans.
We expect from you
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 1-2 years' related experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, reporting tools, revenue recognition, working capital, and stakeholder management. It is an advantage if you have worked with support functions before, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach with key stakeholders to develop reports and processes. Strong written and oral communications skills are also essential for this position. You need to be driven and willing to sometimes go beyond your role when needed.

Typical assignments are to drive development of the reporting in dialogue with leadership teams and local and global business finance colleagues, ensure deadlines for reporting are kept, providing input for different reports and presentations, working with developing reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for automated and integrated reporting solutions with the reporting systems team.
