Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's budget, generating reports on actual versus budgeted performance on key performance indicators (KPIs), and conducting variance analysis to identify areas where financial performance can be optimized. The Finance Manager will also perform financial modeling to provide insights that will inform strategic decisions on budget planning, revenue projection, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the organization's budget, working closely with department managers to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models that provide insights into revenue projection, cost drivers, and risk management strategies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the CFO and senior management team.
Generate regular reports on the organization's financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct variance analysis to identify the root cause of deviations from budgeted performance, and work with department managers to develop corrective action plans.
Provide guidance and support to department managers on budget management, financial reporting, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including financial statements, management reports, and tax filings.
Collaborate with the CFO and senior management team to develop financial strategies that support the organization's growth and profitability objectives.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial performance, and provide recommendations for mitigating risk.
