Loan Processor Job Description:
Aerotek is currently hiring for a Loan Processor for a reputable company in the New Castle area.

We are interested in candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum of 6 months loan processing experience Ability to work both independently and on a team Excellent professionalism and communication

The candidate would be responsible for: Processing mortgage loan origination documentation for accuracy and adhere to secondary marketing guidelines. -Reviewing loan files for completeness. -Working closely with mortgage loan officers and loan origination sources to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements. - Keeping interested parties updated as to the status of loan applications. -Coordinating the request of additional information required from customers. - Quality checking documentation for accuracy. - Preparing and submitting the underwriting packages. -Communicating any scheduling issues or concerns with managers or mortgage loan officers.
