Seattle-- Position will support the home equity channel. Specific areas of practice are outlined as follows: Loan Documentation, Product Development and Policy Development: Develop and review lending documentation, policies and procedures for originating, processing, closing and servicing home equity and other types of consumer loans. Work closely with product management team on new product development and enhancement projects. Marketing Support: Review marketing materials for compliance with federal and state legal and regulatory requirements. General Support: Monitor legislative, judicial and regulatory developments to provide early assessment of compliance burdens and business impacts. Provide day-to-day support to compliance, technology, credit and other support groups. This position will report to the Assistant General Counsel and Team Lead for Consumer Lending. Background in lending is required, with emphasis on open and closed end consumer lending transactions (secured and unsecured). A working knowledge of the application of rate and fee exportation and federal preemption is preferred. E-commerce experience a plus. Five to ten years experience preferred Submit Resume
