Incentive Compensation Analyst - Financial Services
The Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, execution, and evaluation of incentive compensation programs. They work closely with human resources, finance, and sales teams to ensure that the incentive programs align with business objectives and motivate employees to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement incentive compensation programs that align with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct analysis of current incentive programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting for incentive compensation programs.
• Analyze and interpret sales performance data to develop incentive payout recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in incentive compensation design, administration, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
