Do you have proven recruiting experience? Do you believe in training and self-development (read 2 or more books per month)? Tired of low commissions for your hard work? Earn a 45% minimum on all closings. The job is On-Site to start. However, a hybrid/remote schedule is negotiable after 2 Quarters of proven recruitment success! This role is full-desk recruitment. Must be good at sales (2-way sales to be specific).
$60k base and 45% commission up to $175k then 55% to $325k and then it goes to 65% until your anniversary date. If you hit the 65% you start the next year at 55%. (This is based on BILLED not Cash In!)
You will research, source, and recruit viable professional candidates while building rapport to help people land their next professional opportunity. This is a phone-heavy position where you'll talk to 75-100 people each day.
