Credit Line Management - Product Operations (Principal Associate)
We are looking for a Principal Associate (Process Management) on the Upmarket Severity Management team. You would be responsible for the execution environment of credit line changes, helping ensure the exposure granted to customers match their usage patterns. You will be central to delivering flawlessly executed, highly regulated customer experiences for 3M Consumer Card customers each year. Your scope would cover day-to-day oversight of the execution environment as well as longer-term process and well-managed improvements. You should be detail oriented and comfortable interacting with both technical infrastructure (e.g., interpreting code, understanding technical architecture) and partner teams (e.g., data analysts, upstream data teams).

Day to Day Job Responsibilities:
Build strong working relationships with delivery partners and business teams
Stay up-to-date on upstream and downstream interactions with the execution environment
Monitor execution process to ensure it is running as intended
Understand impacts of upstream breakdowns and develop response plan
Consult with intent owners on feasibility of intent & execution plans
Facilitator for intent changes, making sure that governance requirements are met before changes go to-market
Long Term:
Share knowledge & best practices of execution environment / process with broader team
Identify and implement improvements to the execution process and critical monitoring
Collaborate with central teams to identify and implement process improvements (e.g., new tools for new execution requirements, efficiency reviews of current tools)
Basic Qualifications:
Associate's degree OR military experience OR at least 3 years of process management experience
At least 1 year of experience working with analytical, data management, or software engineering teams.
At least 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of process management experience
3 years working with analytical, data management, or software engineering teams
1 years working with process and project management tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
1 years experience in basic coding or data visualization (SQL, Python)
