Vedder Price is seeking a junior-level associate (2-4 years PQE) to join its Finance and Transactions Group in the London office. Candidates must have 2-4 years of debt capital markets experience. Experience in convertible or exchangeable bonds is preferred. Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment.
