This position takes a lead effort in improving end to end Capitated Delegated encounter accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. The role identifies issues and leads them to resolution. You will provide technical support for outstanding issues identified and proactively seeks out issues not identified. Scope includes leading meetings and strengthening relationships with external delegates to improve the End-to-End encounter submission process and providing technical knowledge sharing and consulting. You will partner with teams across the organization to gather information and provide consultation to leadership to resolve and prevent issues related to key CapDel operational processes. This position requires the ability to act independently to lead and diagnose process improvement opportunities, as well as the ability to drive complex issues to resolution with minimal supervision and communicate clearly to multiple stakeholders.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
Apply analytical, technical skills/knowledge, and professional judgement to appropriately resolve any issues with encounter submissions for the NICE, COSMOS, CSP FACETS and future state MRCP & USP platforms.
Provide technical encounter SME support to internal and external constituents (837, 277, TR3, Companion Guide, Administrative Guide).
Acts as a resource/ mentor to others and provides feedback and recommendations for improvement
Provide ongoing engagement with the delegates, strengthen partnerships, and facilitate review sessions to improve the End-to-End encounter submission process.
Lead projects to resolve escalated encounter edit submission issues.
Identify and address encounter error trends across the delegates, with an emphasis on member impacting and high-volume issues.
Proactively identify weaknesses in the encounter submission process and remediate before major issues develop.
Support improvements to existing capabilities and provide input to future state requirements.
Collaborates with the Claims Delegate Oversight Team for all claims processing issues identified via encounter reviews.
Identify automation solutions to improve encounter analysis efficiency and accuracy.
Effective communication (written and verbal) of the issues, including any barriers or risks to their resolution.
Create clear, succinct documentation for new business processes or decisions that will be shared both internally and externally.
Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements
Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Partner across multiple teams to resolve key Encounter Submissions within expedited timelines.

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
3 years of experience using operational metrics and dashboards to run, interpret, and drive business performance
3 years of experience with reporting, and/or financial or remediation data analytics
3 years of experience developing and implementing business process change initiatives, including documentation (SOP)
3 years of experience in communication, leading/driving meetings and conversations at the executive level
3 years of advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
3 years experience with Microsoft Access (queries, tables, etc.)
Account Management Experience
Discrepancy remediation experience
Experience in the Health Care industry
Knowledge of Value Based Contracting or Capitated Delegated Division of Responsibility business models
