Liberty Personnel is working with a global client expanding their corporate accounting team. You’ll work on preparing consolidated financial statements, validate the accuracy of data in footnotes for SEC filings and perform accounting research as needed. If you have an interest in a variety of responsibilities, want high level exposure and working in a growing publicly traded business then this could be the role for you.
Skills / Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation quarterly financial statements, annual proxy, and earnings releases
Review leases to ensure accuracy and consistency with projections and other financial data.
Analyze lease agreements and maintain accurate lease databases.
Prepare footnotes, analysis and other documentation GAAP checklists and financial statement tie-outs.
Prepare journal entries, reports and/or memos for accounting and segment reporting.

Background / Experience:
1 years experience in a publicly traded company or 1 years experience the Big4
BS/BA in Accounting
MBA/MS in Accounting preferred
CPA (or CPA track) preferred
