If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\n\n \n\nWarehouse & Claims Analyst \n\n \nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n \n\nThe primary responsibilities of this role, Warehouse and Claims Analyst, are to:  \n\n \n\n\n\tSubmit Purchase Requisitions for the creation of Purchase Orders to pay vendors;\n\tBe responsible for monthly reconciliation of warehouse purchase order spend;\n\tEnsure that (Key Performance Indicator) KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly for warehouse purchase order spend;\n\tEducate/train warehouse vendors on payment procedures and application;\n\tWork across various teams to coordinate and complete claims processing and reconciliation;\n\tEnsure all claims are tracked and recorded in claims database;\n\tProvide the appropriate coding to AP for application of funds received as an over-payment refund and/or a settlement of a cargo damage claim;\n\tBlue Yonder Transportation Management System, SAP, Yourdoces, Smartbuy, and Smartsheet user.\n\n\n \n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\n \n\nYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.  More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:\n\n \n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n \n\n\n\tAssociate’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience;\n\tProficiency with SAP and the ability to learn various inventory management and warehouse management systems;\n\tKnowledge of IT systems and tools including Microsoft Office Applications. \n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n \n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Business or related area.\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\tYOUR APPLICATION\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\n\t\n\n\n\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tBayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
