The candidate' will be working with a market leading team in a role offering genuine opportunities for growth and progression. Should have gained previous experience in private equity, funds, financing or commercial real estate within a first-tier or other high profile practice, ideally with exposure to the financing of investment into commercial real estate assets. Must have a strong desire to develop an understanding of financing (including capital raising and partnering) and investment structures used in the real estate sector. Should be someone who has a passion for merger and acquisition and funds work, alongside a keen interest commercial real estate. Must have had some experience in structuring joint ventures, funds establishment, real estate debt and other real estate investment and real estate capital market transactions.
