Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Loan Document Specialist for our Loan Operations Department in Arden Hills, MN. This position assembles and maintains proper loan documentation for digital credit files. Primary responsibility is to assemble loan documents and transition them from paper to digital credit files within the bank’s Director Cabinet Filing System using scanning and electronic technology. This position will also manage the intake, storage, and release of possessory collateral.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills with attention to detail. Experience includes working in a banking environment with credit files and document retention and general knowledge of commercial/ag loan process.
