My client is a highly profitable service sector company listed on AIM .
The company has grown significantly by acquisition and is one of the largest in its specialisation in the UK
Further growth will come from additional acquisitions which will be funded by its own capital and debt depending on the size of the acquisition.
The client is agnostic about sector experience, but we are looking for someone who understands the technical aspects of an AIM companies reporting.
Has strong tax skills
Maybe has some M&A
Strong system and accounting skills
A personality ! Can influence others and be part of the growing management team.
A salary up to £150k is on offer along bonus and with a relocation package for candidates who wish to relocate to the area of around £25k.
