Collection Counselor -
Responsible for the reduction of delinquent accounts by contacting customers by phone and mail to make arrangements for payments. Perform the research, investigation, analysis, financial advising, and follow-up work necessary for the collection of delinquent funds for automotive and consumer loan accounts.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year collection experience. Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, computer knowledge and the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Apply for this position.
