We are seeking an associate attorney with two to seven years of legal experience to join our Corporate/M&A department. Ideal candidates have experience in M&A, business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, and/or corporate restructurings. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
