Looking for an experienced commercial lender in both/either Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or C&I.
We provide financing for all CRE asset types, including: Multifamily, single Family, Retail, Office, Warehouse/Industrial, Hotels, Church, Special use, and Construction & Development.
C&I loans include: Merger and Acquisition, Machinery & Equipment, Working Capital, Factoring, and SBA
Maximum loan size is $14,000,000.
Offer full health benefits, life insurance, and 401k with match after vesting period.
Base salary of $140-$200k with monthly bonus equal to 10% of origination fees and an annual performance-based, discretionary bonus.
